This lunch hit the spot!

Tofu scramble with spinach, tomato, and mushrooms on toast with homemade paprika hummus, and a Smallman Street Deli pickle on the side.

Dinner tonight:  Homemade pita chips, cucumber slices, homemade hummus, and The Office :)

Study snack!  12 grain bread with homemade paprika hummus, mashed avocado, and local hot pepper jam from the Pittsburgh Public Market.  Fresh, delicious, and filling.
